When booking your wedding with Oakwood Wedding Chapel we require:

• $500 Safety Deposit- due at signing of contract (returned after wedding as long as no damage done to hall – damage to be determined by Oakwood Wedding Chapel Management)
• Payment of 35% of total cost due six months prior to wedding day
• Payment of balance of total cost due two weeks prior to wedding day
• Fees are none refundable for cancellations

Room Charges:

• Fridays and Sundays:
• Minimum of 60 guests = No Room Charge
• Under 60 guests = $300.00 Room Charge

Saturdays:

• Minimum of 100 guests = No Room Charge
• Under 100 guests = $300.00 Room Charge

All Al la Carte pricing includes:

• White Table Linen
• White Cloth Napkin
• Sea breeze Swirl Glass Dinnerware
• Silver Flat ware
• Crystal Glassware
• Choice of round or banquet style tables
