Catering Requirements

When booking your wedding with Oakwood Wedding Chapel we require:

  • $500 Security Deposit- due at signing of contract (returned after wedding as long as no damage done to hall – damage to be determined by Oakwood Wedding Chapel Management)
  • Payment of 35% of total cost due six months prior to wedding day
  • Payment of balance of total cost due two weeks prior to wedding day
  • Fees are none refundable for cancellations

Room Charges:

  • Fridays and Sundays:
  • Room Charge Minimum of 60 guests = $800.00
  • Room Charge Under 60 guests - call for pricing


  • Room Charge Minimum of 100 guests = $1000.00
  • Room Charge Under 100 guests = call for pricing

All Al la Carte pricing includes:

  • White Table Linen
  • White Cloth Napkin

6% Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity not included in pricing
